Encore Group provided a range of catering options to over 2,600 corporate clients over the Easter weekend. Sit down buffet luncheons and cocktail packages were catered for over the 2 day racing carnival. Two4Six8 retail department offered a range of retail offerings to the general public.
An extensive range of food was served over the two days of the Oakbank racing carnival. Corporate marquees, the young members bar, the committee room and even more. This menu was enjoyed by a Corporate Marquee.
