Encore group provided retail catering to over 2,800 people at Glenelg Beach on the Glenelg foreshore.
In addition we catered to over 300 corporate guests in the VIP marquee for the entire duration of the event. Player catering was also provided for this event.
In the corporate marquee, both lunch and dinner was served. The food on the day consisted of the following delicious items;
