A staff Christmas dinner was held in a newly built showroom.
Guests were treated to an appetizing end enjoyable 3 course meal:
ENTRÉE
Baked prawn and leek tartlet with walnut rocket salad, creamy citrus and chive dressing
MAIN COURSE
Eye fillet of beef served with capsicum and chilli red wine sauce
Served alternatively with
Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast on smoked paprika rosti, semi dried tomato pesto and
shaved parmesan
DESSERT
Lemon tart with seasonal berries and double cream
