Events Sales Executive

Key focus of this position:
The Events Sales Executive reports to the Business Development Manager and is responsible for the sales and coordination of events at AAMI Stadium and also externally. The Sales Executive will be expected to maintain a professional level of service in developing a new client base and maintaining current clients. A key part of the role requires the Sales Executive to liaise with the client to ensure all details relating to the function are coordinated in accordance with Encore Group procedures and standards.
Key selection criteria:
This position requires a professional who can demonstrate proven experience in a similar events sales and coordination role in the hospitality industry, particularly with major corporate events and weddings. As this role involves liaison with clients and the Encore Group team of professionals, it is essential that the successful candidate demonstrates effective communication and client relation skills. Attention to detail together with strong administration, organisation and computer skills across various packages will also be required.

Event Operations Supervisor
